Named San Fernando in honor of Fernand Burrus, a pioneer of the chocolate industry in eastern France, the hacienda is located in Ecuador, in the Guayaquil region, known as the “Pearl of the Pacific.” A true pearl, reflecting the finest qualities of cocoa beans from South America.

The group cultivates 500 hectares of cocoa plantations as part of a sustainable development approach.
