Salpa Restauration is taking over the reins of this Alsatian restaurant in July 2019. Under the aegis of Chef Thomas Koebel, who trained at the Crocodile, the Kempferhof and then at the Secrets des Grands Express (Salpa Restauration group), Le Relais de la Poste will obtain its first star in the Michelin Guide on 6 March 2023.
